It’s not too late to register for our 54th annual Church Music Workshop! Download the forms now (click the blue “Register” button below), and send them in with a $25 deposit. There is a special YOUTH track at our workshop for rising 5th graders through seniors! All youth and adults are welcome; you don’t have to be a United Methodist. The workshop will be at Florida Southern College in Lakeland July 11-16, 2010.
Clinicians are Terry Price—Adult Choral, Cara Tasher—Youth Choral, Michael Helman—Advanced Handbells, John Lowe—Organ, and Andy Oliver—Preacher.
Activities include choral rehearsals, handbell rehearsals, worship, reading sessions, seminars, and fellowship times. Seminars include vocal, handbell, and conducting techniques; organ repertoire, worship planning & design, drama, sign language, sacred dance, and media sessions. The worship theme is “UpsideDown Living.”
